If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of our titanium cutting board, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy to understand your rights and our procedures.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 1 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been modified or damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: To start the return process, please email us at info@cheftitanium.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Packaging: Please securely package the product to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free return or replacement.

5. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Approval: If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the item does not meet the return conditions or is missing parts, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate your preference when initiating the return process, and we will guide you through the available options.
  • Restocking Fees: For returns of non-defective products that are not in their original, unopened condition, a restocking fee of 80% of the product’s price may be applied to the refund. This fee covers the costs associated with inspection, repacking, and administrative processing. Products returned in perfect, original, and unopened condition will not incur a restocking fee.

6.Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unknown address provided by the customer, or if the customer is unreachable after multiple delivery attempts:
    • Re-shipment: The customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to a corrected address.
    • Refunds for Undeliverable Items: If the customer requests a refund instead of re-shipment, a refund will be processed only once the original item has been returned to our facility by the carrier. This refund will be subject to a deduction for the original shipping costs incurred by Chef Titanium, and any applicable restocking fees as outlined in our policy.
  • We strongly advise customers to double-check their shipping address at checkout to avoid such issues.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

8. Cancellation of Orders

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation is requested before the item has been shipped.
  • After Shipment: Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation will be processed as a return. Return shipping costs and inspection guidelines will apply.
